Lose Weight While Breastfeeding
If you are like I was, you are looking forward to getting back into that pair of jeans that you haven’t worn in about nine months or longer! Looking into the mirror, you may wonder if that will ever be possible! It’s true that our bodies will never be exactly the same again, but hey, it’s a small price to pay for the little baby we got, right?
Besides eating healthy, you will also want to incorporate exercise into your routine. Exercise you might be thinking? How on earth could I even possibly have time to exercise when I don’t even have time to have a shower some days? That’s what is so great about this book. It breaks down exercise into 10-minute sessions that you can do alongside your baby with no fancy equipment. It also is an enjoyable read, and will take you step by step through each body part. Here are two other pieces of equipment that my husband and I use in our home to exercise. What’s great about them is that they take very little space, are inexpensive compared to buying a home gym set, and we don’t have to find the time to go to an outside gym or pay monthly gym fees!
1. Resistance Tubing – Use it to tone your muscles.
2. Exercise Ball
The Theraband brand that is used commonly by physical therapists, and is a quality brand name. I suggest quality, because you want to lessen the chance of a ball that springs a leak the first time your kids touch the ball (I speak from experience!).
